The Federal Revenue of Brazil seized 3 40’ containers originated from Port Everglades (USA) on Monday (12/01). They contained 19,000 PlayStation II and III videogames, worth R$ 10 million.
The cargo was selected for physical inspection by the customs control which, by opening the container, verified that the cargo did not match what was declared to the Federal Revenue: “glass bricks” and “tractor parts and pieces”, instead, resulting in its seizure due to false content declaration.
